Company and artistic direction
Interim Directorship (2007/8) of Leeds-based media arts organisation.
Included development of a comprehensive business plan, significant fund-raising, and organisational development, whilst delivering a full artistic programme (including the Evolution festival, and Composure commissions).
A major success was to overturn the Arts Council's decision to cut Lumen's regular funding, during the RFO cuts in 2008.
